I would want to be hired in any line of work i could get into. I have worked for different companies in the last 8-10 years. My first job was with a family owned business that makes wire and metal works i was responsible for all the paperwork around the office and also trustworthy because one of my main responsibility was dealing with contractors and providing them a quotation of the price of the item they are purchasing. I stayed with that company for 3 yrs. But unfortunately that company closed down and i had to look for another job. This event gave way to me being exposed to business process outsourcing. I worked there as a customer service representative. We were handling accounts of members that are canceling and we try and persuade them to still keep the services, focusing on the benefits of the service and showing them the importance of the relationship built within the use of the service. Next i was hired as a customer service representative for an American company that handles technical issues, financial issues, and customer relations, that deals with cellphone services in the United States. I have been with both companies for 2 yrs and 1yr respectively. Now i am a free-lance article/review writer. I have extensive skills that include multi-tasking and working efficiently and effectively in high-stress environments that can be used by an employer. And i aim to broaden those skills more for my benefit and the benefit of my employer.
