I can answer phone calls competently, I've been doing this task for the past 6 years, whether it be a general office phone call by a random person , from my bosses or peers, customer service, technical support, billing, retention type of call, but I had never been one for sales. I had been working on this kind job since I started working.
I can take messages, e-mails, chats, competently, I had taken and replied to these things as much as I had been taking phone calls.
I can use Word, Excel, and Power Point,browsers , e-mail clients, search engines , or even facebook, or other similar softwares competently for gathering and processing, filling, information or data for various tasked required by the job. I do research ,memos , scheduling appointments, coordinating meeting
or company activities to let spread the information to the involved group, party or individual.
I can do computer and DSL repair, I used to work for a phone / broadband company and that is where I got my knowledge on DSL, LAN, WAN , network troubleshooting.
I'm currently maintaining a small business of our own, an internet cafe shop, I built this up with help of my mother and father. I repair our broken units, troubleshoot them when they are acting up, and I buy the parts from the shop my self. I replace the broken units myself, we don't require the help of a professional technician because of that, unless I'm not home and a urgent repair is required, which is rare case.
