I studied tourism but I wasn't able to practice what i studied since I'm involve in a more complicated environment. I'm a network analyst in a company in US but is outsourcing here in the Philippines.
I am responsible of analyzing a request or an issue regarding a customer
I am responsible for probing all possibilities that may able to help a client
I troubleshoot networking ,LAN,WAN,DHCP,DNS or any voice/data issue my client has
I am responsible as well to research all data's needed for the company
- basically so far from my experience i am flexible in any task I'm given,able to meet deadline,able to handle stress well,up for challenge,willing to go beyond the limits just to finish a job and most specially i have a effort to do what is needed to finish a job.
