I have strong research skills developed through work experience and experienced working on team projects, I also have the ability to communicate and respond to client inquiries effectively over the phone, online and in person. I proactively follow and execute client support procedures and requirements in phone, online or in person and also proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Access, Microsoft PowerPoint, Internet and E-mail applications.
I also perform general office duties including answering phones, filing documents, typing and data encoding and also efficient in producing quality work while meeting demanding deadlines. But most importantly is that, I have the ability to work well with others, as well as independently.
My recent part time jobs helped me through the the world of online assistance, I gain experience over it. I did some articles regarding insurances at "GS WEBSITES", being assigned to write articles about insurances in the US I have learned not just the strategies in writing but so also the facts and details about insurances abroad.
Another experience that I gained was being a Marketing Writer and at the same time an Online Secretary/Virtual Assistant, with this kind of job, I did some write ups at "RITAMAE INC." website, preparing correspondences, letters and emails to clients as well as replying to them, I made order forms and prices in excel forms, I make schedules and activities and did contacts to business clients/partners, I do some research over the internet and other responsibilities assigned to me during my duty.
I prefer to start as part time until full time, because I believed that things can be done perfectly by assuring it one at a time than to rush things up leaving everything behind in a mess.
