Administrative
• Performs routine duties independently, setting priorities and scheduling own work.
Supports administrative or technical operation by performing various duties requiring of organization systems and procedures.
• Performs data compilation. Maintain detailed accounting of expenditures, prepare requisitions and purchase orders, verify invoices, and order supplies and equipment.
• Receive, releases and devices an effective and efficient system in handling correspondences, contracts and other documents.

• Input and upload Financial Statements of bank client's.
Generate monthly and Quarterly Credit Requirements and Deficiency Reports.
• Handles and updates personnel files.
Prepare Personnel summary of contributions to the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the Social Security Agency.
Take minutes of sales meetings and execute meetings and custodian for office supplies.
Customer Service
• Interaction with customers, receiving orders, processing sales and managing customer issues. Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
• Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements. Accurately and efficiently ring on registers and accurately maintain all cash and media at the registers. Communicate customer requests to management.
• Maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations and ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards.
• Balances assigned bank accurately. Processes marker issuances and buy-back transactions. Accepts and redeems Tito tickets in exchange for currency. Performs excellent guest service at all times.
