Profile Description

Hi, I'm Janice, an executive virtual assistant with 22 years of experience in business operations, marketing, and communications. I've worked across banking, entertainment, and corporate marketing, and what I've learned is that executives aren't short on ideas. They're short on bandwidth. That's where I come in.

I manage inboxes and calendars (Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar), organize tasks in Trello, Asana, or ClickUp, create reports and presentations in Microsoft 365, Google Docs, Word, and Canva, and handle research and contact list building in Google Sheets and Excel.

Nothing falls through the cracks with me. I coordinate across teams, track ongoing initiatives, and communicate clearly without needing to be chased. I hold an MBA and bring senior-level judgment to every task.

Available part-time, weekday evenings and full weekends (PHT), aligned with US and Australian business hours. If you need someone dependable who takes ownership, I'd love to work with you.
