I have been in the BPO Industry for quite sometime now and I have acquired a lot of skills from different companies and accounts that I've handled. I will not say that I'm an expert at this stuff as I too have flaws, but these flaws made me more eager to learn things on my own and live them till my bosses can see more of what I can do.
I can do sales both Inbound and outbound, outbound collections, Technical support and loan processing and my best asset : Customer support. I do have a friendly voice, accommodating and helpful, I can also work under pressure with less supervision. I've got a perfect score of 5 for the CSAT (customer satisfaction) survey after every call I've handled. Getting high scores on my quality assurance for doing what right on every call or giving alternative suggestions to clients. Typing skill of 35wpm and has good oral and written communication skills.
