Profile Description

Initially worked as a fast food crew for almost 1.5 years and learned the fundamentals of excellent customer service through strict adherence to quality food and dining processes and standards.
Have been employed with ePLDT Ventus, a PLDT subsidiary handling BPO and Call Center operations, and worked as a Sales and Service Representative. My very first call center job, I had gained good experiences such as hard selling over the phone [telemarketing], online chat support and online account processing [back-office operations] for over a year. The job required basic to intermediate knowledge in computer applications; creating, verifying and managing customer accounts; and credit card processing [credit checking and pulling].
Had a great opportunity to work for Transcom Worldwide Philippines for almost two years. After a short span of time on the phones as an inbound CSR, I had the privilege to render service as a Language Proficiency Specialist, helping new-hires and tenured agents achieve their individual language and communication goals, working towards the company’s mission and vision.
As of the moment, I teach English to European Executives. I also research and write during my free time, working on simple materials such as online reviews and professional projects like guides on curriculum design.
