My very first call center job, I had gained good experiences such as hard selling over the phone [telemarketing], online chat support and online account processing [back-office operations] for over a year. The job required basic to intermediate knowledge in computer applications; creating, verifying and managing customer accounts; and credit card processing [credit checking and pulling].
Had a great opportunity to work for Transcom Worldwide Philippines for almost two years. After a short span of time on the phones as an inbound CSR, I had the privilege to render service as a Language Proficiency Specialist, helping new-hires and tenured agents achieve their individual language and communication goals, working towards the company’s mission and vision.
As of the moment, I teach English to European Executives. I also research and write during my free time, working on simple materials such as online reviews and professional projects like guides on curriculum design.
