My core competencies lie in the area of Client Relationship Management and Marketing/Business Development.
I have honed these skills in both the banking and advertising industry.
Making cold calls is a must in order to start a relationship with clients and making yourself available for their questions/requests is also another must.
Part of these skills also include proper handling of irate clients and correct explanation of your products and services.
All these will surely ensure growth/development of one's business.
I have also experience in writing feature articles (personality profile, personal experiences, etc).
I started writing professionally first as a part-time job and as a freelancer starting this month.
My works were previously published in a magazine and in a website.
