I've been a Dealer Sales Trainer for Toyota, my responsibilities includes are to plan, conduct, coordinate and implement a comprehensive training program for the sales staff and also act as a resource for sales professionals to seek help for additional training.
I have the knowledge in most cars especially in Toyota and other competitors.
I have skills in customer relations and I am also proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point), developing training modules and research about products.
I also have knowledge in using Photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop for making ads and flyers for my previous employer.
I previously worked for at&t as a Customer Sevice and Sales Representative.
