Profile Description

I have been in the IT field for more than 11 years now. My current and previous work for the past 4 years
is on Business Analyst/QA Test role. As a BA, I’ve been doing page mock-ups and wireframes with the use of MS Visio, Word and Power point for a certain project based on the given requirements. I’ve done manual testing and create test scripts or test cases using Excel App for a web application. In addition, I have also prepared various user manuals for the system.
In addition,
I’ve been a part of an international company that caters to online selling of classical music.
I was assigned to manage on the company’s marketing website wherein my tasks involves maintaining the regular updates such as the marketing ads,releases,features on the websites, coordinating with stakeholders (online content providers, site marketing person, developer, designer and managers) in the , reporting of updates, handle issues on user feedback and complaints, handle website enhancements and new features, coordinate with stakeholders for system requirements gathering for development of enhancements, analysis and design of functional requirements, quality assurance testing of any updates on internal and external websites , review the website and help on research to recommend improvements, prepare on site survey, user support , preparation of system documentation and user manual,
system and backoffice report maintenance and other related task.
Formerly , I have a relevant of 8 years experience on application/software development using VB6, Crystal Report, and SQL MS Access and Excel Macro. I have worked and maintain multiple internal systems in a lending company such as the FG Loan System, Report Module, Credit Application System, Check Printing System, FG Employee Salary system and others.
I’m familiar with the SDLC process and the iterative development. I was involved from project inception, planning, system requirements gathering, conducting interviews with users, design table map, system process, develop, done system testing, conduct user testing, status reporting, implementation and installation, documentation, system maintenance, user
training and user support.
