Currently, I'm doing lease abstraction for a Business Consultant whose clients are Commercial Property Management Companies.

As a Lead Bookkeeper for a Property Management company in
Las Vegas, Nevada, I thoroughly audit Rental Owner’s Statements to ensure
accuracy of management fees, rental income and corresponding expenses thereby
errors were reduced and variances were addressed.

As an Operational Finance Analyst in Accenture, I was able
to save the project $34,000 due to diligent checking of vendor invoices
and PO approvals. Moreover, an $11M Purchase Order increase was expedited as it could have
potentially resulted to late penalty charges for a $1M invoice that needs to be
paid ASAP.
