Profile Description

My first job was in a digital marketing company as internet researcher and media negotiator and applied as virtual assistant for more than a year. Then moved overseas gaining three years experience as marketing assistant in insurance field and two years as customer service officer.

My skills and knowledge ranges through online media marketing, creative writing, database creation, data entry, internet research in insurance and online shops. I have excellent training in Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook), Social Media Management, Email Correspondence and Media Negotiation Exceptional Customer Service. Have gained excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. I am self-motivated, committed, flexible, optimistic and hard-working person and aspiring to enhance my skills in conjunction with the company's goals.
