Teaching Accounting and Finance subjects to college students (3 years) 

Providing financial reports and tax return preparation service to bookkeeping clients (1 year)

Tasks in General Accounting includes (3 years):
1. Property, Plant and Equipment and Intangibles. Tasked as the Manager of all the company’s property, whether real or personal.
Responsibilities include: Monthly depreciation of Fixed Assets.Monthly analysis and review of the Fixed Assets ---------- -charge of initiating payment of Real Property Tax. Ensuring that all fixed assets are under insurance and initiates payment to the insurers thereafter. Monthly amortization of AGDI’s purchased trade name, Rock Island Armory Analysis and unitization of the Construction-in-Progress Account? Assigned in the approval of purchase requests for fixed assets

2. Bank Reconciliation. 
Monthly-end reconciliation of AGDI’s 21 bank accounts and cash ledger accounts. Monthly analysis of the Cash Accounts.  Recording of all entries related to the bank reconciliation

3. Liquidation of Cash Advances made by Officers and Employees.
Monthly analysis of Advances to Officers and Employees Account? Monthly recording of duly approved liquidation of cash advances? Checking and review of summary of expenses submitted by officers / employees for liquidation. Issuance of Statement of Account to Officers and Employees with Unliquidated Cash Advances

4. Other tasks.  
Annual Inventory Physical Count Over-all Coordinator. Over-all Coordinator (OAC) ensures that all of the company’s inventoriable items as of the count date are duly counted. OAC also answers and resolves issues related to the activity.? Active participation in the implementation of Microsoft AX R12, an ERP system that will integrate the business processes and activities of the company. Knowledgeable and proficient in using the system’s Cash and Bank Management module, Fixed Assets module, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable module and Procurement and Sourcing module.
