I am responsible for the Overall Performance of my Team. I check on the daily practices of each individual and redirect negative behaviours, reinforce good ones. I guide my agents to be the best they can be and monitor their progress through the serving of Scorecards. I also monitor the quality of their contacts to ensure consistency.
