Profile Description

I graduated from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila with a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication. I have been a Customer Service Specialist for 2 and a half years for Boost Mobile, one of the biggest Wireless Prepaid Companies based in the U.S. We handle consumer calls about their mobile phones, billing and payments, troubleshooting, and account management. I have no problem writing and speaking in English because I am used to talking to American customers.
Journalism, Advertising, Broadcasting, Public Relations and Screenwriting are only some of the subjects I took up in college. I will not have any issues writing articles under a limited time because I was used to doing it when I was still studying. I could write quality book and movie reviews, essays, press releases, scripts, news and editorial articles. My on the job training was with a Public Relations and Marketing firm where we used to do media monitoring and write press releases for Sen. Allan Peter Cayetano,
Sen. Teofisto Guingona III, and former PLM President Adel Tamano. I also used to be an Editor in Chief for our school organ in high school.
I have advanced knowledge in Windows applications, MS Word, and Excel. I also have basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere.
