Profile Description

My first real job was an English Instructor for foreigners who come to the Philippines to learn English particularly Koreans. Then the owner wanted to relocate the school to Manila, the capital city of the Philippines, and that would mean I come along with them. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to due to reasons only a devoted parent (father) can understand. Anyway, after my Korean experience I venture out to the world of call-centers which I am still currently involved with since 2007. I have climbed the highest rung I could, professionally speaking, as Quality Assurance Manager in the last call-center company I was connected to. But as the saying goes, Nothing lasts forever., the company eventually became unstable and ceased operation. Thus, I am here.
