I have over 6 years of Customer Service experience, including 1 year as a Subject Matter Expert, 3 months as a Training Mentor, and 1 year in a leadership role as a Customer Service Manager.
My professional journey began in 2013 as a freelancer on Upwork, where I focused on research and data entry projects. In 2014, I joined my first BPO company as a Customer Service Representative for NetSpend, a financial services account. I handled inbound calls, assisting customers with their prepaid debit cards.
Between 2014 and 2016, I actively competed in eSports both locally and internationally.
In 2016, I joined Convergys and supported AT&T’s billing chat operations, managing two chat concurrencies along with occasional outbound calls.
From 2017 to 2019, I worked at Arvato in Alabang under the Amazon account. I began as a Seller Support Associate handling emails, and later expanded to chats and phone support. I was selected as a Training Mentor for 3 months, where I assisted new hires in Language & Communications Training, Product Training, and during Nesting. A year later, I was promoted to Subject Matter Expert, where I provided process-related support to associates.
Since 2019, I’ve worked as a Virtual Assistant for ---------- , supporting eCommerce businesses on Amazon and Shopify.
Most recently, from 2022 to 2023, I served as the Customer Service Manager for The Greenhouse, a local FMCG company. I led a team of Customer Service Associates and oversaw operations across Email, Chat, Social Media, as well as Shopee & Lazada.
