Hi! I am Elmer. I've been working in a call center industry for 8 yrs. I've been doing technical support and customer service. I started with AT&T for their dsl connection then customer service for JP Morgan Chase, fraud operations and now I am connected with MS Xbox 360 doing both technical and customer service.
I also had data mining experience for one client for part time job.
I'm very much keen to details and would spend more time doing part time work for additional income rather than doing nothing at all on my rest days.
I am more on customer service. Been doing customer service for more than 7 yrs. already. I make sure to take care and let the customer feel that they are the best asset in the business. Without them business will not stay long. Same with Client and employee relationship. Doing my best to provide extra mile for the client and meet specific targets to exceeds expectations.
