Profile Description

I graduated B.S. Biology at Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology, I also took units in Education at Iligan Capitol College. I am currently taking my Masters Degree in Biology at MSU-IIT.
I have worked as a grade school classroom teacher at St. Matthew Montessori School in Iligan City where I taught English , Filipino , Science and History.
I have also worked in different Call Centers in the country. Firstly, I have been a dispute processing agent with HSBC for US customers. Secondly, as a customer care representative for Customer Focused Sales with American Express. and Lastly, a reservation agent for Time Share and Shell Vacations Club.
With the job experiences that I had , I became more flexible, can handle pressure and became more
equipped with the tools that we used to providing excellent customer service.( emails, computer navigation, excel, speed and accuracy) . I had also developed my skills in English proficiency.
