Profile Description

I've worked as an IT admin from SixEleven Global Services and Global Alchemy Web Solutions. In my 6 years in SixEleven and 1 year from Global Alchemy my responsibilities are:
Maintains computing environment by identifying network requirements; installing upgrades; monitoring network performance.
Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems
Monitors the Internet activity includes latency monitoring, modem status, public IP management and gateway configurations
Oversees the computer networks to ensure that it functions smoothly
Ensure all files, programs, and other information is stored in a central storage
Oversees set up of user accounts on company servers and runs necessary system backups to ensure that company systems are secure and updated.
Manage and monitor systems resources including servers CPU usage and servers disk usage
Manage and control all the users profile that is connected in the network
Configures and manages changes in the asterisk server and watchguard firewall
Installs and maintains operating systems and third party applications.
Install, operate and maintain network services, routers, switches, and other network devices following technical plans.
Interacts with end user to determine software and hardware needs in an effort to provide support in a time manner.
Respond efficiently to inquiries and effectively resolve any hardware or software problems
Assists in the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of various systems to include desktop PC’s, servers, network equipment, and software applications.
