Here’s how I can help you:

Xero and QuickBooks Setup & Maintenance:

I’ll set up and maintain your Xero or QuickBooks files
Creating a custom chart of accounts tailored to your business. 
I can upload past transactions from your bank and assist in setting up bank feeds 
And any necessary tools to streamline your processes.

Daily Bookkeeping:

I’ll take care of your daily transactions, including recording income from your bank deposits and tracking expenses

I’ll handle interbank transfers and make any needed adjustments to keep everything accurate.

Reconciliation:

I’ll ensure that your bank transactions and credit card statements match up, so you can have peace of mind knowing your finances are in order. I’ll also reconcile your balance sheet accounts to ensure everything is aligned.

Invoicing & Bills:

I’ll manage the creation of bills, sales invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders, making sure everything is organized and easy to find.

Monthly Financial Reporting:

Each month, you’ll receive clear financial reports, including your Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement, along with comparisons to help you see your progress.
