Profile Description

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, thus, I am quite confident with Microsoft Office, surfing the internet for research, marketing through social media sites, and such. I also had a 1-year study in Managerial Accounting. I studied to be a Medical Transcriber as well and I have 60 wpm typing speed.
I had experience working in the call center industry. I started off as a Customer Service Representative for a financial account right after submitting my thesis in college, followed by being an IP Relay Operator, a Sales Representative, as part-time, a Communication Skills Trainer, as part-time as well, and finally, a Technical Support - all U.S.A. accounts.
I have always been passionate working in such industry because of the kind of pace it gives me. I like to feel rushed, emphatic, pushed to the limit, tired, and complete at the same time. Working in such industry provided me those needs and having the opportunity to provide service made it all worthwhile.
