Profile Description

I am a punctual and organized person. I have good time management skills and can easily multi-task and beat deadlines. I always make sure to finish my projects ahead of time so I still have more opportunities to do other things and be productive. Working in the BPO industry in the past 12 years helped me to become more flexible and adaptable in any working situations. When I was still working as a Customer Care Associate I was given tasks that is more than what is stated in my job description because people look at me as responsible and a go to person if things needs to be done well. I never disappoint and will always provide more than what is expected of me. I am self-motivated and can work independently with less supervision but still give out quality results for my work. I always challenge my self in learning new things and always go out of my comfort zone and think out of the box. I always say that "failure is not an option" and "never settle for anything less".
