I have gained alot of skills based on my work experiences from various companies of different fields. I had 6 years and more of solid technical support background with webmail troubleshooting. Experienced financial associate, customer service and billing specialist. I have been a sales representative for a shipping and web hosting company. I acquired skills for web hosting such as helping the client build her website(aesthetic and content writing if needed) and maitaining it. Learned and acquired knowledge about IDX, Ecomm, payment gateways, SEO and other website related information.
I am a fast learner.
I easily can grasp thoughts and ideas conveyed to me but is not afraid to ask questions if necessary. I can easily adapt to situation and had no problems working under pressure. I am task oriented and a results driven type of a person. I make sure that every task given is done timely, effectively and efficiently. With my work experiences and work ethics I have gained recognition for customer satisfaction and as a top digital account specialist/digital marketing coordinator.
