I was with Dell Computers two years ago as a Technical Support Representative under the software department. We are adept in the line of computers specially in troubleshooting. Even though my line of work is with softwares I proactively studied Hardware with the best trainers we have. After being with Dell, I opened a Small computer repair shop at home, but this did not stop me to increase what I know about computers, I'm currently studying Mac OS and Chrome OS, and the newest Windows 8 developers preview.
