As a virtual assistant, I do jobs like email marketing, data entry jobs, back linking, wordpress content management. I usually make work manuals of how things are done so that, when there is a new member to the team, it is easy for me to give out instructions of how to do a particular job. I also get instructions from the webmaster on how to manage the contents of the website we maintain. And as a team leader, I get weekly jobs from our boss and I'll distribute the jobs to my fellow virtual assistants, to the graphic designer and to the webmaster. Everyday I follow up about the jobs that are pending and those that are completed already. By Friday, I'll make a report on the jobs that are pending and completed. Then our boss will assess the work of the team and give more instructions and comments. By Monday, I'll give out another jobs to the team.
