My experience started out as a photojournalist, feature writer and copy editor for our school paper in high school. I also contributed feature articles when I was in college.
My degree in Information Technology soon helped me find a way to merge my interest in photography and writing. This materialized in a fashion blog that I started a few years back. http://overdressedme.blogspot.com. The blog allowed me to ramble about daily random things and still be able to speak my mind. I also dabbled for a little while on story writing in an online network for writers and readers at http://www.fictionpress.com.
My 9-year experience in the BPO industry was as a team supervisor specializing in providing customer service over the phones, email and backoffice support. I have worked in a US travel account, US financial account, a Canadian utility client and most recently, in a US retail account.
I am also a co-founder of a non-profit organization, TeamBuild Movement, that aims to give opportunities and break barriers for those less-privileged by providing free call center training programs, such as American Accent and Culture, in the rural parts of Cebu.
I also contribute to the organization's website at http://teambuildmovement.blogspot.com/

It's intended to help employers know who they're talking to is real, and not a fake identity.
