Profile Description

I graduated Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2007 with an Undergraduate course in Business Management. I wasn't able to work that time after graduation because I took the exam twice but unluckily I failed. I have an experience as HR Admin Assistant for 3 months, forcefully resigned because our HR Manager harassed me. I've been an administrative assistant where I'm assisting the HR Manager in monitoring attendance, tardiness, and leave of absence of employees and making memo if misbehaved. I also do daily reports regarding the population of applicants as English Teacher. I genuinely enjoy administrative work. I'm proficient in data entry, document formatting, creating spreadsheets and organizing information with intermediate in Google docs, Power Point and web researching. I could also made phone calls or answer inquiries from clients, customers or patients. I'm keen to detail, highly organized and can work under pressure. Although I don't have a professional experience as an article writer I could made one if needed but I'm not an expert on it. I could work with minimum supervision for as long it was instructed clearly. I want a long term stable job where I could used my skills and educate more of myself to help build the company. I also have worked in a construction company for two years as Administrative Officer, multi tasking kind of work. As to my experienced as Virtual Assistant, I have worked for 3 months, I need to stop working because I need to prepare myself for my operation.
I gets scared when it comes talking to strangers, I get frustrated when things not done according to what I'm expected. Sometimes I take decisions very quickly, and can't say NO if someone needs help. I am an honest, self-motivated, hardworking and passionate person with positive attitude towards my career and my life. I can easily get along with others and could work in fast-paced environment.
I may not accomplished as much as other applicants but I can assure you that I could be an asset of your company. It is a great privilege for anyone to work in a reputed company like yours. I still have a lot to learn and keep track on new things but I can do hard work for my organization. And I will put all my efforts for the good progress of the organization. Being punctual and sincere, I can finish the work given to me on time and try my best to fulfill all the needs of the company from me.
I believe that every changes in every persons life is good, its just how you will handle the changes that is being given. And I am ready for the CHANGE.
