I have an experience blog commenting during my previous work in oDesk. I write 45 comments in four hours. I also have blog in bloggers.com which I admit that I have to take some training to be able to hone my skills in writing. I do not involve myself in anything which I am not sure of. I can figure things that is complicated whenever possible, if not I will be honest with my employer. Communication is also vital for me. Its not only the job that can grow but also the friendship and bond that grows between the Employer and employee. I love to witness the growth of every employers' company. Furthermore, if given a chance, I'd like to be one of the tools why your company excel.
