Security Bank : Total 21 Years of experience in banking and financial management in various banks in the Phillippines. Started as savings/current accounts bookkeeper and move to loans and exports processing. Promoted to Cash Custodian after completing an eight month course on branch baking as management trainee. Eventually rose to Branch Manager position. During my stint as a bookeeper, i discovered discrepancies that eventually led the bank to recover substantial amount. eventually i was always requested by the regional office to lead reconcillation teams in mindanao branches as needed.
Firetree Solutions: Created and run the company
three years ago, a single proprietorship (personally owned) business dealing with
Intuit Quickbooks Implementation. Task usually covers the following: Identify the needs and recommend appropriate software for the client. Select the applicable hardware and facilitate its installation. Conduct a study of client’s operation, configure the software to match client’s requirements and conduct the appropriate trainings for the staff/users. Supervises the implementation of the program.
Alah Valley Academy: Took over management of the Alah Valley Academy (2004) when it was sold by the previous owner to members of our family. Brought in new management team and rehabilitated the school operations, administration and physical appearance. I developed its financial and accounting system.
Volunteer Activities: Preparation of program for the recovery of the Habitat for Humanity, Philippines' equity and handled the restructuring of accounts of the organization's shelter program beneficiaries. Manage the implementation of financial recovery program.
Other Skills : Learned Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign during my stint with Alah Valley Acedemy. I volunteered to help in the lay out of the school paper and yearbook, working closely with the publisher. Personally created the school's logo and layout its programs, invitations, cards and stationeries as a hobby. Learned and mastered Quickbooks accounting software.
