I always wanted to resolve customer issues as soon as possible(First call resolution) that will help the company's productivity and at the same time to maintain and even improve customer experience.
I responsibly acquire and or provide information that is accurate,detailed and reliable to ensure that trust, confidence and security around the organization are always met so as to let the customers feel that they are in the right place at the right time.
