Profile Description

1. Accountant by profession with 20 yrs. work experience in various acctg. functions - gen. acctg/bookkeeping, receivables, payables, bank reconciliation.
2. Data entry - Enters information (alphabetic or numerical)
into spreadsheets or other computerized databases. Accuracy is the name of the game. I possess skills to do this: computer literacy, good attention to details,ability to work fast (but without mistakes) and meet deadlines.
3. Call center experience as customer service representative handling account and product queries, order and payment processing, and billing issues of clients.
4. Very proficient of the English language - can compose letters, can give email and chat support. With the right training, I can handle online English tutorial also if given the chance.
5. Transcription - knows how to transcribe video files but not an expert yet.
When it comes to work, I am well-organized, professional, responsible, and can work with minimum supervision. i prefer a long-term, full time and stable job where my skills can contribute to the growth of the company and see myself grow with the company also.
