Profile Description

I have worked as a Credit Coordinator with Convergys. For the past four years being with the company, they have trained me on how to do multi-tasking and on how to be able to assist customer concerns. I have experienced handling worst situation and was able to handle end-user complaints diplomatically and effectively.I have also worked as a Production Manager in an Events Company where I do different proposals for corporate events. I am also responsible with the execution of the proposal. This job has thought me how to be a quick thinker and how to be creative in my own way. I am goal oriented and very much committed to excellent service and customer satisfaction. Also, being a Mass Communication graduate, I have been trained to have a good communication skills especially in the English language.
