My work background and coursework have supplied me with many skills and an understanding of dealing with the computer operations, information management and leadership skills; for example:
• I’m currently employed as a Technical Support Representative where I am providing technical assistance and training to customers via telephone to US Home and Business Consumers. I worked independently and efficiently in providing issue resolution to software and hardware problems to meet company goals. The position thought me to be very patient, independent and turned me to a person who is motivated to always meet goals.
• I was trained and exposed to work in IT Marketing & Sales from my 400 hours Internship. I administered in Online Posting, Email & Fax Blast, answering phone and email inquiries and assisted general office work. This Internship gave me the “Best in On-the-Job Training” Award during our graduation.
