I have experience in processing orders and cancellations, activation of antivirus softwares. During that time, I also respond to emails sent by customers. I also became one of the technical liaisons. I established remote sessions through Log Me In rescue in customer's computer that has technical issues. Then, we transfer them to technician's queue for repair. I have experience in using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint. I am good in typing. I am good in my telephone skills. I am aslo good in speaking English.
