I am currently a Reports Specialist at the same time a point person in our department. I handle reports not just for our local TAC sites ( Philippines) but all TAC sites and all accounts run by our company in the globe. I was able to go this far through hard work and willingness to learn.
I am well-versed with MS EXCEL. I know basic and advance functions and formulas that helps make our reports accurate and faster. I create report templates data that needs deeper analysis. I am also familiar with Macros.

Senior Product Support Specialist (SPSS) / Point Person
- Provides quality customer service in handling complex and escalated customer inquiries covering all levels and other advanced Linksys products.
- Assists a team of Senior Product

Product Support Specialist (PSS)
- Provides technical support on advance Linksys devices like wireless home monitoring cameras, wired and wireless print servers, VPN Routers and etc.
Product Support Representative (PSR)
- Troubleshoots any technical problems of the customer (internet connection, file sharing and etc…)
- Guides the customer in installing their networking devices (routers, adapters and etc…)
