Robinsons Land Corporation:
The last position I held was as Department Head for the Customer Service Department of Robinsons Land Corporation's High-Rise Division. My team handled all customer service issues via email, telephone and face-to-face interaction. My team was responsible for resolving all concerns related to unit turnover, property management, building management and design issues. I was also the Department Head of the Customer Asset Management Services for the same company and handled tenancy issues and concerns as well as asset management for owners of condominium and office units enrolled in this service. I held both positions simultaneously for 3 years. Previous to those positions, I was Lease Manager (Fashion Category) for Robinsons Land Corporation's Commercial Division. I was responsible for tenancy and leasing of commercial spaces in all Robinsons Malls nationwide.
Smart Communications:
I was a Wireless Center Manager for Smart Communications in Festival Supermall, Alabang. I had a team of 17 staff who were in charge of all customer service issues for walk-in inquiries and concerns. My team also handled validation of mobile subscription applications,inventory management and technical concerns.
PeopleSupport:
I was Team Supervisor for PeopleSupport with a team of 30 e-reps. We handled customer issues via 3 different touchpoint: voice, email and chat.
SONGWRITING--- Lyrics and Composition:
I am also a professional freelance lyricist and songwriter with a substantial amount of published work.
