I really don't know how to expand my description on my skills but I can say that I am learning to be a leader. Being a leader means I have to be a critical thinker, a problem solver, a reliable foundation, a role model and the most important of all, a sympathy provider. I cannot be a leader if I cannot give enough understanding to those I lead. Being a leader isn't just about authority. It's about relationship.
