Nanuri International – Employed as an English as Second Language instructor for Korean nationals through chat, phone, and personal tutorials. The program was to help the students in passing their IELTS, TOEFL or other English proficiency tests to enable them to work or study abroad. Most of the students under my tutelage were able to pass their examinations with very good results. (P15,000 + allowance)
Nestle Phils., Inc. - Employed as a Nutrition Representative for Infant and Healthcare Nutrition. The main responsibility of the job was area/business development. As part of territory management, select health professionals and pharmacies were visited to promote products in accordance with the guidelines of the company and local and international laws. As an NR, I conducted scientific seminars and discussions on infant nutrition to doctors, midwives, nurses, and other health professionals. I also conducted trainings for barangay health workers. I was assigned to a number of provinces which included Bukidnon, Misamis Oriental, and Metro Manila.

PeopleSupport, Inc. – served as an inbound customer service representative for a leading online travel company and operates localized websites for travellers in the US, Canada, Australia, and other parts of the world. Used web-based programs and tools to assist customers in their itineraries as well as helping them choose (or add deals to) their vacation packages. (P15,000 + night differential)
eTelecare, Inc. – served as an inbound Customer Service Specialist for a US-based company with products that revolutionize the way people run their personal finances, small businesses, and filing of taxes. Also served as a Sales Consultant for a leading US-based software/hardware manufacturer and handled outbound calls for business partners and consumers for consultations to come up with a business deal for a particular software/hardware that could help in their day to day operations. (P18,000 + night differential + allowance)
SKILLS and TOOLS
• Excellent in both written and verbal English. My employment history with three world class companies has equipped me with the skills and knowledge important in dealing with customers. As I also conducted trainings and seminars from my previous job, my confidence in dealing with various people improved a lot. Communication skills have also helped me in adapting to different cultures since my previous jobs were away from my hometown and I have to be relocated four times in a span of three years.
• Has a very good knowledge in basic Mac/Microsoft Applications, systems, and operations. Internet/system or office tools (Siebel, citrix, DOS, avaya ps) navigation for research and account management. Basic knowledge on short keys for a more efficient and speedy but accurate documentation.
• Experienced in online blogging, internet navigation, and social networking.
• Can work well with a team and requires minimum supervision; can take criticisms well; a team player who works hard for the team and for herself.
