I have been worked as a Voice/Chat/Email Customer Service Specialist and Sales Representative for 5 years. The companies I worked for cater to both US and Australian clients. My first job as a Customer Service Specialist was for an online banking account and i worked for a US based telecommunication company. I was given the opportunity to be exposed to different fields such as: Technical, Sales, Hard and Soft collections.
I am currently working as a Admin Assistant and managing a Travel Agency. This has opened new doors to learning. I have adjusted very well in this field and now searching for more opportunities and other means of income.
I was also able to do online jobs
for 3 months with Odesk.com as a data encoder and backlinker. I have mastered several methods in creating quality backlinks with the help of my employers and my own research. (e.g. cascading, blog comments, bookmarking, profile and article postings). I used Angela and Paul's packets and blackbelt packets as well. I also worked for a Virtual
Assistant transcribing audios.
I am a hardworking professional. I am open to new ideas and i always want to learn new things. I can work with minimal supervision and can multi-task. I see to it that I have conducted my own research and study before I ask questions. I also maintain a constant communication with my employers because I want to be sure that we have the same understanding in every task given to me. I always do my best to exceed my employers expectation because I know that trust is a critical matter in every working relationship.
I look forward to be able to have a long term and stable job.to be given the chance to impart my knowledge and skills and those that I have yet to learn. I hope I can be one of the many contributors of your business' success.
