Profile Description

I have had some 7 or so months working experience as a Telemarketer at Marketing Plus Contact Center starting from the 14th of February of this year (2011).
This experience has honed my skills at English speaking, interpersonal skills and my ability to solve problems quickly. My first job has taught me that the key to becoming successful in a business like online marketing is to be knowledgeable about the products and packages that are to be sold in order to
profoundly convince clients to purchase.
I am also highly proficient (but not limited) to programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Paint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Excel and Skype.
My attitude when it comes to work is to devote 101% effort and to make sure that I have satisfied my clients' needs.
