I have been a technical support agent for an outsourcing company from the United States. I handled AT&T account, which basically assists American customers over the phone on how to diagnose their internet connections, modem and ethernet problems. After which, I was an English Tutor for a local school that caters to Korean students. I was with the company for over two years. Moreover, I was employed as a Marketing Director at a local bar and restaurant. I handled creating marketing strategies for the establishment to generate customers, which includes planning, managing and handling events. I was also in charge of their print and radio advertisements.
