I used to work for a BPO company Stream Global Services for 2 years as an Inbound Sales agent and a coach, I've been one of the top 10 sales agent for Sprint telecommunications acct for 2010.
I'm currently working for NCO Financial Systems as a collector for our client GE Money Bank for outbound.
I'm more of a troubleshooter and helper, I focus more on quality than quantity even for sales and collections that's why I believe in doing that.
