Profile Description
Coordination with suppliers and tracking / consolidating shipments are my skills. I keep track of orders that are due to ship and follow-up with the suppliers.
I had seven years of experience as in a call center environment. I have developed how to interact with clients and resolve their queries quickly. I learned how to develop customer service representatives who are struggling with quality scores.
I also have knowledge in Microsoft office tools and I was a special agent before for KGB who answers customer queries through text. I am seeking opportunities to provide excellent customer service to customers.
