I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. I was a Technical Support Specialist for several US companies since 2006. I also worked as a front desk receptionist for a local law firm. I was also an Operations Manager for a US Outbound account. Till date, I have catered to several clients in and out Upwork, I did virtual assistance, customer support and data entry and research and other admin tasks.
