• Organize and maintain Subcontract agreement and make sure that it is in place.
• Preparing monthly Staff Overtime Summary Report and send to HR
• Service Revenue Management
• Updating Sales Project Management Reports
• Inputting Customer requests and complains in GCRMS system.

Secretary/ Administrator
• Consolidates and verifies requisitions. Maintains inventory and purchasing records. Assists in obtaining quotations and best prices and quality, and in sourcing/evaluating suppliers. Processes local purchase orders (LPO) / ledger forms and obtains approvals. Verifies supplies received against LPO.
• Scanning artworks and amended Arabic translations to concerned Brands for revisions.
• Organizes and coordinates diaries, schedules, meetings, travel itineraries, flight arrangements, purchase orders and hotel bookings for Senior Ops managers and Director of Operations
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations and spreadsheets.
• Answers queries, collates information and following up all pending matters.
• Tracking of Sale figures during sale, promotions and Ramadan.
• Uploading files and printing reports, visa and license application.
• Assist Operations Managers in Business Planning
• Printing Key Feature and Sales for the Director and Operations Managers
• Coordinates and liaises with function heads as required.
• Tracking sales of new store openings and inform the necessary function heads
