I am currently working as a Talent Acquisition Manager in Teletech Iloilo, a
global business process outsourcing company here in the philippines. The scope of my expertise range from doing end to end recruitment processing along with data analytics. I also do a wide range of reports, monthly business reviews and stakeholder management. I recently worked at stafffinancial group, a CPA/recruitment firm based in atlanta georgia as a headhunter for 5 years (online). I have excellent command in both written and spoken english. Personally I believe that the greatest strength that i have would be my adaptability and inquisitiveness. Because of this, i am able to learn at a very fast pace and consequently work with less supervision. I am also adept in multitasking and high pressure environments.
