I've worked for several call centers here in the Philippines that cater American accounts such as Sprint, Verizon, & Tmobile as a sales agent. Also with 411 as a Directory assistance specialist. I have very good English communication skills in both speaking and writing terms. I learn fast and I can work under pressure effectively. I have very good "analytical skills" when it comes to situations that requires thorough understanding. I have high respect to my boss since i understand both sides, meaning I've been both.
