I'm working as a product trainer for a technical account. My job is not only to hone new hire applicants to the skill that they are required to but I also help out in supporting our operations to retain and improve the skill of our tenured agents. If I don't have an induction class, I also ensure that I support the operations in bridging knowledge gaps by creating job aids, facilitating weekly assessments and conducting uptrainings to the tenured agents. I've been doing this for 1 1/2 years now. I was able to design and develop training materials based on client's' and management's requirements. I can use MS Word,MS Power Point and MS Excel efficiently.
I helped out develop effective induction programmes and monitoring the progress of the trainees. With the skills above, I will be able to deliver effective writing
